Waiting to close the chapter -still!

This matter is dragging on longer than necessary due to an all around FAIL on behalf of the staff.  The new, and let's just save the trouble of solidifying something that they might manage to screw up again, "tentative" date is now August 2, 2011.  For any of you that were holding your breathe like me, let's just stop cause we might suffocate to death at this rate!
